No, this Wavlink Docking Station does not charge the host device.

How To Manually Detect DisplayLink Device On Android?

To do so first connect your DisplayLink device to the Android device. Thereafter open the DisplayLink Desktop application and select the refresh icon which is present at the top right corner. A message pops up, tap Ok and further, hit on the Start Now option. 

What Is Mirror Mode?

When you want to show the same content on display device and input device then you switch to Mirror mode.
